Cattlefish

Cattlefish is located in Katoomba. We use prime Aussie beef brisket in our beef burgers which is coarsely minced by our butcher and then seasoned by us and individually hand rolled daily. The beef patty is grilled to perfection to give you that real Aussie beef taste.
