In our kitchen at the Carlton Curry House we have a genuine TANDOOR, an INDIAN clay oven heated with CHARCOAL, not gas or electricity. Marinated food is grilled in there and it’s delicious! We do chicken, lamb pieces and fish! Mushroom and other vegetables are also yummy grilled in there and it’s so healthy!
